I have a little problem with WinTV dualHD Dual Tuner, Triple Mode Digital TV Receiver model 1590.
When I want to find channels in the plex over the dvb-c network, no channels are found. But when I use the WinTV v10 program, it works as well as possible to receive dvb-c channels.
I have the latest software on my tv receiver and windows 11 pro on the computer.
I have tried reinstalling the software several times
Restarted the plex software.
reinstalled plex software
turn off the fire wall
tried to different usb connectors
and turned off defender
uninstalled Hauppauge wintv 10 software
I have tried several different zip codes
And i Live in sweden Helsingborg and have the tv operators comhem.
When i googling of this issue i find now more persons that having the sam issue
