WinTV dualHD shows only 1 tuner in DVR setup

I’m having the same issue as this closed thread, which was never resolved. On Linux Mint, the system detects two tuners for WinTV dualHD, but Plex only detects one tuner during DVR setup.

Start over with Ubuntu, make sure download the .deb file and not use the default snap version.
