Since a recent Plex update, for Android phone, when you select a TV channel you just get the dredded spinning wheel for ever, a workarround if you enter the Plex settings on your phone, select settings Advanced Reset Cache, having reseting the Cache you must close the Plex APP, then re-open plex and now the tv show will play. this is not a perminant fix as you will have to do the same thing everytime you want to watch a live TV channel
