wrong film found

Hello
if i add movies to the Plexserver, Plex do not find out the film sometimes.
example all StarTrek Serie with Picard are regognised, all StarTrek with kpt Kirk are showing wrong picture an name.

sorry saved to fast,
some film are recocniced just with the file Name titel00.mkv
other have a real name like Monty Pythons - Sinn des lebens (1983) and are still not recognised.

some serie like Once Upon a Time … are not recognised or with a Serie called MAS*H or CBS

so any help how to bring a corect film description?

Have a look at the media preparation guides. If these are followed most issues will be resolved.

will still not be found

Is that a Film or a TV Show?
Based on your example I wouldn’t expect plex to find it as it doesn’t look to follow any of the media preparation guides I linked previously.

as the guide states, TV Shows should always follow what is show on thetvdb.com website
