How can I troubleshoot when a movie is displaying the wrong metadata? In this case, the match is correct AND the data on TMDB is also correct. However, when Plex is finishing the processing, it displays “Title 2” instead of the correct metadata.
Any ideas?
It’s probably using information embedded in the file. You can either clear out the tags in the file or make sure that the personal media scanner is a lower priority than TMDB.
