Wrong metadata language for one show

Server Version#: 1.21.3.4046
Player Version#: Version 4.51.1 (Same problem is present in Web, Desktop and Android Mobile)

I have added new show to my library:
https://thetvdb.com/series/little-house-on-the-prairie
I have used polish name for folder and english names for files.
I have found out that polish translation is missing in tbdb when show was not correctly recognised. I have added then translations to tvdb. After that plex server was able to get metadata for it but it got it in english. I have performed the plex dance but no luck with that. Every other show has correct metadata (polish one). Library is set to polish

I have also tried fix match procedure and also unmatch and match again.

Please help!

Is the affected show in a mp4 container?

Yes, but it doesn’t have any title etc in details tab

I don’t know why but after adding more seasons language switched to polish. Strange… Maybe something on tvdb changed ? Does anybody know what url is called to get metadata from it ?
