Hi,
Album Artist should be used, instead “Album Composer”.
I have ID3 tags with Composer, Artist Album - classical music.
Plex uses Premium Metadata Databases.
Plex is looking for meta data and display the “Composer” e.g. Chopin as the Album Artist. The Album Arist is the Philharmonic Orchestra.
I think it’s the bug.
Couple of things:
To make sure Plex is preferring embedded metadata over online databases, make sure the server is fully configured for it.

Plex unfortunately has limited support for embedded metadata, and it’s inadequate for properly-tagged classical music. I created a pretty large feature request to improve this. Please consider adding your vote.

Thanks for the message. Anyway, Plex should not make “Album Composer” as “Album Artist”.
