What is the current CORRECT Plex Media Player version for Windows?
The version info on the download page is different than the version info in the Plex Media Player application, attached screenshot.

Plex Media Player for Windows has two components, the web which you have a screenshot of and the TV mode. Click on the TV top bar and your icon > Settings > about to get the TV mode version.
Plex Media Player has the web app built into it. Desktop mode is the web app.
