Hello.
Recently I bought x88 pro 13 box android.
However, after installing the plex application through the Play Store, it does not start. Can anyone explain why?

Sorry, I’m not familiar with those models. Which version of the Plex app do you have installed on this device?

The version is the only one that exista o play Store.

Can you check which exact version that is?
Plex has recently released a completely overhauled version of the mobile Android app (version 2025.xx.xx). This has not yet been released for Android TV. Android TV should still use the old app (version 10.26.x). Some vendors will however ship boxes that identify primarily as mobile and might end up with a version that’s not designed for that device.

Also… are you getting any error messages, does the app start (e.g. logo / Home Screen visible) and then crash?
