XBOX 360 - Just Spinning on Play

So I have Plex Server Running on QNAP ARM. Videos play fine on my iOS devices, but on XBOX 360, when I pick a movie I just get the spinning circle and nothing every plays or errors out...

 

Any Ideas?

I dont think the qnap arm based nas supports transcoding, and right now almost all media gets transcoded for both the xbox one and the 360, even ones that match the requirements perfectly.  Might want to stick with dlna for now on your 360 or switch to using an actual server that can transcode.

I'm having the exact same problem.  Everything works great on other devices but not on my Xbox.  Is this something that will eventually get sorted or is it best to look elsewhere?
