Xbox One: "Content is unavailable" when launched via Alexa, but plays fine when selected manually

Is there a fix for this?

I can ask Alexa to successfully launch Plex for Xbox, and then ask it to play a specific movie. But when Plex tries to play the movie it displays this message:

:no_entry_sign: Playback Error

Content is unavailable.

Retry

Close

However, if i just manually select the same movie using the Xbox controller it plays normally.

The same thing happens with Plex Webplayer on Chrome.

Any ideas?

I am having same issue when trying to use Alexa (Echo Dot 3rd Gen) & 2019 Samsung Smart TV.

It would be nice if somebody would chime in on this issue.

Now I am getting same problem while trying to launch any of my movies on Samsung Smart TV as well.
