I have made 2 users on the plex account when logging in to the app on the Xbox one it just shows the name or nickname of my folder where all is stored on the app and or does not show my 2 users names or ask for a pin when starting the app
That’s because Plex Home has not been implemented into the Xbox One app yet. Because of that when you link your Xbox One live account to an account on Plex.tv that is the only account the App will have access to while logged into that account.
Once Plex Home is implemented, which should hopefully be coming soon, everything will work look similar to the other apps where the initial pin is required if set along with user switching to other accounts in your plex home.
