Unexpected error on Xbox One

I am unable to use the plex on my Xbox One as I keep getting an Unexpected Error message, I have been able to get to the home screen twice in the past hour but when I click on my TV Shows it just keeps going back to the Unexpected Error screen again.

My Xbox is connected to the network via Cat5 as is my PC so it shouldn’t be a speed problem and I can see and play media via the Xbox One Media Player app.

Please can you help me with this problem,.

Please disregard this problem, when I tried to use the app after work it connected straight away and has been working perfectly for several hours. No idea how as I’ve not made any changes.
