Hi people,
I’m very new to the plex scene as downloaded the server and the media player on my xbox today, I’ve added all my films to my library on my computer and they all play OK at full HD which they were downloaded at.
On my xbox which isn’t directly connect I may add, all my library and everything shows up but everything only plays at 480p, I’ve fiddled with the settings on my xbox and on my server. When the movie is playing and I go onto the quality page the only two options are to lower the quality to 360p and 240p.
I think my WiFi is up to it as I can stream 4k Netflix on my xbox which is wireless so I’ve got plenty of bandwidth to play with I think.
I’ve been trying to watch YouTube videos to correct this issue but I couldn’t find anything. I’m sure it must be something I’ve done wrong as I’m knew to the scene.
I think I’ve messed somthing up on the settings page either on the server or on my xbox, if anyone could share some pictures of which settings work for full HD streaming or if anyone has some advice that would be appreciated.
