XML guide refresh seems broken in 1.17.0.1709

Server OS: Win 10 Pro (1809)

I switched to an XML guide from Schedules Direct a few days ago and got it working successfully. Updated to new release last night and refresh overnight did not work. A manual refresh from the DVR management page does work.

It seems like in the scheduled task there is an extra slash added to the beginning of the import file. I find this in the logs every couple of hours as it tries to refresh the guide:

EPG123 v1.2.16 had a problem for generating XMLTV files. A new version, 1.2.17 was just released to correct that problem.
