Program Guide Error Refreshing

I went to look at my program guide today and found that there were no shows or anything in the list - the guide was empty. I tried to refresh the guide manually and as soon as I click refresh, it hits 0% and then resets back as if I hadn’t clicked the button. Note that no error message is displayed, the button just resets to the unpressed state.

I looked at the logs and found this relevant snippet in PlexMediaServer.log right when I clicked the button to attempt to refresh the guide:

I re-imported my XMLTV guide file, but I’m still running into a similar issue. The refresh button goes to 0% then shows “Optimizing Database” then goes right back to the start. Any ideas here? This used to work fine on the same version of Plex…

I also have trouble importing xmltv guide.

I used WebGrab++, which creats an xmltv file, but it’s not recognized by Plex as being a valid file.
does anyone know how to make a valid xml file based on the data found on this link (for Denmark)?

I did the config with the channels I need, but it won’t import.

Any help appreciated.
