Hi all I’d like to share some issues I’m having with Android Auto.
I’m on a OP 8T with Android 11 and Yatse 10.4.5b.
The graphic progress indicator is not smooth and there is the strange behaviour when I go to the next song. I can’t check numbers because they are not displayed.
Sometimes also the graphic indicator does not work or even worse it does not switch from play icon to pause. When music is playing it shows play icon till when I touch it, then the music keep going and icon shows correctly the pause icon. When this happen the numbers and the round graphic indicator updates.
With Android 11 the phone version of AA works pefectly, the issue exists when I use AA on car screen.
I’ve already removed Yatse from battery optimisation.

Hi, I bought the premium for Plex support. My server is hosted on Synology and I’m able to see the server in the list on the same network. So IP and Port are auto populated. But keying in my Plex email and password does not work. I have 2FA setup on my Plex account. Some help please
you can still sign in via 2FA. Specifically, you append a valid verification code to the end of the password when submitting: <password><verification code>
For instance, imagine that your password is “secret” (please, please use a strong, unique password) and that you check your authenticator app and receive the verification code “123456”. You would then submit secret123456 as the password.
Ahh ok thank you so much!! I’ve managed to connect successfully but it’s showing 0 movies, tv shows, etc in the database. I’m confused. Last time I tried with Kodi on my Yatse trial everything works flawlessly. Is Plex support still in development?

Thanks for your hard work! I’m giving it a try and I think it’ll work nicely when I need my media on my phone but don’t want to use the native Plex app as it ALWAYS finds something it needs to transcode…
I have noticed that it doesn’t quite display sets correctly, though. Some have all of the movies in them and some don’t. Also, is there a way to sort based on custom sort names?
Note: Android 12 have high chances to break Yatse public API. Please join Yatse community (Forum) to discuss about your usage of it to try to build an alternative API.

Just pushed a new beta so will takes some time for Google to accept it (10.8.0B1)
This beta add support for Plex file mode browsing and start implementation of Plex PVR support (EPG / play channels).
If you do want those features please register for beta on Play Store and report back with logs on any issues, as the plex API is complex for that part and I have limited setup to test all the possible cases.
