Yellow ring when selecting local channels

Guide/Lineup name: regular oneset up from the Plex page
Using XMLTV?:
Channel number/Name: cbs

I am getting a yellow spinning ring when I select a local channel(cbs abc) when I go to Plex live TV. I am using Plex on my Nvidia shield.

Steps I have tried:
I have stopped the server. I have uninstalled the server and reinstalled.

Still no tv.

If you directly connect the HDHomerun and Antenna to your TV bypassing plex, can you scan for and tune in that CBS channel? That would show the hardware and broadcast work together.

If that works, reconnect everything back to Plex like it was, then zip and attach some server logs after demonstrating the problem, thanks.
