I run a plex server and recently noticed when I add new tv episodes I get the little yellow tip on the show under my recently added home page but when I go into the series the recently added show is not there.
I find I have to start playing a previous show, then when I go back into the tv shows listing the recently added one appears.
This is on 2 Samsung tvs streaming plex.
Any work around?
I THINK I’ve seen this intermittently on my Samsung TV. I don’t think the episode listing is refreshing like it should. If you leave the Home Screen (go to Movies or TV Shows) and then back, can you select show to go back to the episode list and see if the new episode is now there?
It doesn’t happen very often to me, but I’ve had to do that a few times on both the Samsung and my Firestick 4K.
