Deleted suggested Registry files (Win 10 Pro x64) … still locked out
Created & ran RegEdit batch file (as above) … still locked out
Went to Open server from Taskbar icon, which prompted the following:
"This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.*

Copy/Paste of document tree text shown apparently failed: Reads something like "

OK - Let’s try it without some of the extraneous control characters: Response code=503 title=Maintenance status=Plex Media Server is currently running startup maintenance.

Open to suggestions … or at least a translation into something an average human can parse.

This suggests you might be affected by this: Library.db size more than doubled in latest version

I tried this after getting the “Not Authorised” error. Now Plex Media Server launches, but the browser just sits there spinning its wheels infinately. Please help!

This is not working. When I click on the note it does nothing.

It’s copying the content into your computer’s clipboard. From where you are supposed to paste it into notepad.exe
