Your Changes Could Not Be Saved

The problem I am having is with the Library. I am unable to do anything. For example add a new folder, edit an old folder. When ever I try it says Your Changes Could Not Be Saved. Also I can’t seem to delete a folder from the library, it just keeps loading and nothing happens.

Things Ive tried: Uninstalling Plex media server
Deleting my library files
Changing the path to the files from Plex

Ive read a tone of forms on this site about this problem, i am unable to solve the issue alone. At this point Plex is unusable.

Note this is the same file source I used in the past and it worked perfectly loading my movie media to Plex server

I’m having the same problem in Windows 10. In order to uninstall Plex, I had to locate all the Plex files and uncheck the “Read Only” box before I could uninstall the program. Then in Task Manager under Background Processes I searched for Plex Udater Service, right clicked and deleted that program, restarted the computer just to be thorough, and reinstalled Plex. Now while running the initial setup wizard, when I try to add folders of content I get the same screen as above, with “Your changes could not be saved.”
