What’s wrong with my reviews that no matter what I keep getting this error??

Reviews must:
- Be at least 7 characters long
- Not contain only numbers

- tested another item and it worked, the problem seems related to this one. What should I do to solve it?

Because it worked with another title, I wonder if there is something wrong with the metadata. Could you go to the details page and share the link of the title with me?

- When you tested with another title, did you try to post the exact same review text?
- The title is called The Candidate but in your screenshot it’s translated to El Reino. You said you accessed it via Discover, could you tell me how you accessed it?
- No, I posted something different bc this is not what I wanted to say about another movie. Also, because, why? There’s no swearing, cursing or anything outside the guidelines in my original review.
- That’s not correct, the movie is called El Reino, and it was very wrongfully translated to The Candidate, that has nothing to do with the original title. I don’t know what you mean when you say “accessed it via Discover”, I just open https://app.plex.tv/ on my browser and search for the title, which is available on my servers.
I am just trying to rule out possible causes. So far, I’ve not had luck reproducing your issue.
Can you refresh metadata and try posting again?
After the full refresh, I got this error on first 2 attempts, but it worked after the the 3rd try
