Well, besides this being in the email:

• Please Note: We show that you are already part of a Plex Home. If you accept an invitation to join another Home, you will leave any current Home. If you are the admin of that Plex Home, then it will be deleted, causing other members to leave and any managed users to be deleted.*

Clicking "Accept" Deleted Home & Friends

I had a plex home with 15 users and 100 friends, carefully accumulated over time. My partner accidentally clicked the “Accept” button in an email about joining a home (thinking it was about joining a shared library) and without any confirmation or warning, my entire home and shared user lists vanished. Is there any way to undo this? Extremely frustrated!

Where did my (non-managed) users go?

I sent an invitation to a friend (he has a Plex Pass, but it should not matter), but once he accepted, his account was added to the home login screen. I do not need him to be displayed on the home login screen, so I went to the Users page and removed this user from Home (there were two options: one to delete the user and another to remove user from Home, so I assumed the Home removal would give him access to my libraries but not display his login on my Home screen). While it could be an accident, I feel like someone is up to something. Do you accept invites from total strangers to many things? Are strangers on the internet usually people you trust?

But yeah, your suggestion of blocking all emails from Plex has been the best suggestion so far.
