I cannot set up DVR because ZIP settings is not accepted. I entered Czech language and correct ZIP (10300) and it’s not working. I even tried ‘103 00’ which is more common but doesn’t work either. Any idea?
By “not working” I mean that after entering digits a yellow rounded progress indicator appears for a while and disappears but Continue button remains dimmed.

it was working for weeks. EPG info was not very accurate though. I had an issue that some of the channels were not displayed in the guide nor in the “live view” and decided to remove the LiveDVR settings and start from scratch. Since then I can’t get it to work because I can’t pass this dialogue.

I have similar issue. It was working before, but not now. I have PC setup working perfect for weeks and now trying to add DVR to QNAP NAS. Everything is perfect except ZIP code lookup. Can we have any resolution soon?
Thanks for reporting this. I have found the bug and it has now been referred to the development team to fix. The issue came when Switzerland was fixed. Apologies about that
