I was told by plex on twitter to post about the transcoder was unable to process this media error when I try to moblie sync back to the future movie here is my logs and here is my plex media server version 1.2.4.2949

Based on this and your other post, it appears that the sub-zero agent added a subtitle that PMS can’t find or is corrupted. But PMS still thinks the subtitle should be there. The thing I see is that you do not have your movies placed in individual folders. although not required, if you choose to use external subtitles files, having them in folders will work better. In order to add/remove subtitles, PMS’s local media agent has to scan the directory where the movie is to look for new/removed subtitle files. If you don’t place the videos and the subtitle in their own folder, every file has to be scanned. Any glitch will prevent the subtitles from being added/removed.

Move the movie and subtitle into it’s own folder, update your library, and try again.

You’ll need to cancel the sync job and create a new one.

I already cancel the sync job and create a new one for back to the future movie I am having the same problem and also I already delete the subtitles files for back to the future in the folder

I already delete the subtitle file for back to the future in the recycle bin on my computer but I still have the back to the future mp4 movie still

Plex may still think the subtitle is there even after you deleted the file. You can double check this by reviewing the XML. https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/201998867-Investigate-Media-Information-and-Formats

You can also Plex Dance the file to reset what PMS thinks about the file and any subtitles. https://forums.plex.tv/discussion/comment/908454/#Comment_908454

so far when I Optimize Database setting on my plex libary it is now working for me to moblie sync but if I have any more trouble later on I will let you know
