What happens when click on Enable Remote Access ?
Are you using automatic port configuration ? or A Port Forward and Manually Specified Port
What firewall do you have?
Internet Security Software?
You could restart the server, wait 5 minutes then try to enable Remote Access and get a screenshot and zipped logs
