1.3 beta video quality issue

With all 1.3 betas I have the same issue. When I select from settings my desired quality for local streaming and away streaming( original in my case) it always change it to 8mbps 1080p for local and 4mbps 720p for away. Anybody else? I switched back to 1.2 stable version and it works fine

Please test the latest build (3063), it should’ve fixed the issue. Let us know if it isn’t fixed.
