  1. For order in laying out Libraries NESTED LIBRARIES are a necessity. Is there a way to easily nest libraries?
  2. Does each movie in a library require a FOLDER?

Not possible.
Either use several movie libraries or make use of the Genre filtering.

Not necessarily, but recommended if external subtitles or other Local Assets are used.
