Just thought I would say that this is a bit rough, nothing for existing loyal customers!
I rarely see any existing subscribers/customers get deals like new customers do, regardless of the business. My ISP gives out all kinds of super deals for new customers, but loyal customers get zip in the way of deals.
Not condoning or attacking the practice, just providing an example to show this isn’t uncommon.
Ya just saw the same. I’m personally not a fan of supporting companies that ignore there own existing customers. Disappointing Plex.
