Apartment Building with share Internet (Same WAN IP), 2 Plex server, one already running months now (local IP 172.16.1.13 - remote access everything is good.
My own, 172.16.1.231 (Synology) Would not even take me to the page to even setup, ( This Site not Reach http://172.16.1.231:32400/web)
Download the Synology Addon directly from Plex Site thinking it will help, also search forum and tried a few port forwarding, no luck
I think it has to be a port forwarding problem seeing that when i enter http://172.16.1.13:32400/web 1st plex server, the page display

Trumpy81, I’m having the same issue with my Drobo5N2, so could really use some assistance. Worked great for a year, then 6 months ago started doing the same thing Ohitmee mentioned: clicking on PLEX settings in the Drobo Dashboard passes the URL http://192.168.1.223:32400/web/index.html to my Chrome browser, which always returns the message: This site can’t be reached. 192.168.1.223 refused to connect. (Chrome is allowed thru the firewall)
Your answer of going to Plex Settings on your PC is confusing to me, because under Plex Settings I have no Server option. Running Windows 10, btw.
