I have four servers in my home network. All run the same version of Plex, all connect to the same HD Homerun Quatro. Servers 1 and 2 have no issues playing live TV. But the last few days servers 3 and 4 can not. I can see the tuner, scan channels, even refresh the guide on the utilities page. But when you try and hit LiveTV on any player or on the webpage you get “There was an error loading channels”. I attached logs from all 4 servers to see what differences there are.

I just updated them all to Version 1.23.3.4707 hoping there was a fix for the issue. No change.
Just a suggestion. Change playback settings on the servers that don’t work. Like direct play and such even if they look like they’re the same as the working servers change them then change them back. The HD home run tuners have a little trouble with Plex clients streaming. The settings have to be just right or they don’t work. They stream AC3 sound in most cases so the servers must support it. We assume all four servers are similar hardware and capable by your original statement, sounds like they used to work but don’t anymore Of course these are assumptions I’m making you didn’t say those things.
I’ve got the same problem with my synology-plex-server and two different tv devices, who used to work like a charm, neither watching nor recording works anymore.

Scanning etc. works as well, i can watch tv with other apps.
Thanks, I tried. But really it doesn’t even get that far since they can’t load channels
Well now Server 2 has the same error. Three don’t work, only one does. Anyone from Plex want to look please?
