Im having a strange issue whereby both Samsung TV’s in my house freeze as soon as I launch the app. It shows the menu down the left hand side (TV Shows/Movies/Photos/etc), and the right hand side where the content usually appears is just blank. I have had plex running on these TVs for 5+ years without any issue. This has just started happening over the last 24 hours.
When it launches, you cant scan up/down the categories as its competely frozen. Other TV’s connected via alternative PMS with sharing, can access and play content from PMS without issue. This inc an identical model Samsung TV.
Both the Plex server and the clients are on the same subnet, PMS is running on a windows VM on an ESXi host, and has been for the last 6+ years.
Logs attached, although im unable to redirect client logs as the tv app is frozen.
