FWIW we just now got the 33% Spinner of DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM after updating the video drivers to the latest version and updating the server. So it would seem that whatever is causing the crash is still occurring in the latest drivers.

Seeing a 33% SPINNER OF DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM followed by the wrong video when a video is set to Repeat and reaches the end of video.
