Looks really well designed and polished so far, but the music is a little choppy when I donāt have the watch on and the app in focus. I have the Mifo O5 bluetooth headphones and the Gear Sport. I have WiFi enabled on the watch and itās connected to my phone which is a Galaxy S8+. Is there any way to help by sending logs or anything? What more information would you need to debug? Also, at first I couldnāt connect to my main server and the other server doesnāt have any music and when I selected that server the app wouldnāt let me select the options to change the server until I went back to switch users and logged into my user again. So far Iām very impressed though!

One problem I am in conversation with Samsung about is what is called SAP. SAP (Samsung Accessory Protocol) is how the phone communicates with the watch and vice versa. Any network connection established from your watch, while you are connected via SAP, will go through SAP even if you have WiFi on. This means that the audio will be streamed to the watch via BT, which has quite limited bandwidth (particularly if you are using BTLE).
When in SAP mode, the WearPlex app will request a 96kbps stream from your Plex transcoder service. You can tell what bitrate the audio is from the player screen. There will be an icon indicating it. If the bitrate is higher than 96k, then that would explain the jitter, as it will likely be buffering. If it is 96k, then it could point a lot BT congestion or your transcoder is unable to keep up (which is probably unlikely), or some other issue. Would you mind describing your setup?
What you could try is disconnecting the watch from the Samsung Galaxy Wearable app. You can do this from within the App itself. Once it is disconnected, you will notice the SAP icon, on the player screen, fade away. If you start playing a new track, it should then attempt a direct play session, and the skipping should go away.

Iāve installed the Beta, and am able to log in to my Plex server, however once the watch logs in, it does not show any content, just the āNothing to see here!ā

Do you have any playlists setup? At the moment, you are only able to see audio playlists you have created. There are plans to allow you to access audio by Artists, Album, etc⦠But because of the form factor, I have focused on Playlists initially. This functionality will be available after I have completed the sync/downloads feature.
