FAQ 9: Uninstalling PMS - Completely start over

DSM 7

1. Uninstall the Plex package
2. Select the “ERASE” option
3. Restart DSM

DSM 6

1. Package Center - Remove the Plex package
2. Control Panel → Users - Delete user Plex
3. Control Panel → Shared Folders - Delete the Plex share
4. Restart DSM
