4K file on Nvidia Shield TV and I5

Hi, Im trying to open a 4K (around 35GB) movie file via Nvidia Shield TV connected via cable to i5 Server on windows. The movie doesnt start (btw any 4K movies) and on the i5 CPU goes up to max 25 %. Any ideas? The movie works on PC via VLC…
