Hello, I have an Nvidia Shield Pro Tv 2019
Before the last update, the Plex app of my Nvidia Shield was completely blocked on Android TV, when I played my movies in 4K and HDR. After this last update last week, the reproduction improved a lot;
Even so, after this last update, I still have some more problems on this topic:
When playing my 4K HDR movies, it crashes less, but I have to close the Plex app (restart it) and go back into plex to correctly play my 4K HDR movies without any crashing or slowing down.
The problem is plex, since in the Kodi app and VLC player they suit me perfectly. I have tried clearing the shield cache, reinstalling Plex, even restoring the Shield to the factory, but the problem remains and it is not my nvidia shield, since as I mentioned before in the other apps, 4k HDR movies work perfectly.
Has anyone else happen to this?
I hope that with the next update they will solve it.
