Having the same issue, tried reclaiming server several times with no luck. Reinstalling older version.

Please mention at least the server platform you are using.
Here’s a tid bit, I shouldn’t have to go through all this crap to do a simple update after all these years, I’d think after “all these years” you’d think an update would be clean, Most of the time I have to manually DL due to time outs and then the media issue and it’s never been clean (use to be). I’ll just stick to what works, until they figure it out, I do appreciate the help.
Thank you. and it’s w10 pro and I’m sure it says it in the logs?
I am also having same issue ![]()
Where can I download older version?
On Windows, you should be able to find older versions in the Plex data folder, in the subfolder Updates.
Side note: you appear to have two servers on the same machine. You are probably using two different Windows user accounts to log into that machine. Depending which user account you are picking after a reboot of the machine, you will get a server with different data.
You can find the plex.tv links to older versions here: GitHub - axlecrusher/plex_download_urls: Archive of Plex mediaserver download URLs
