This is driving me mad. So I’ve rebuilt my entire Plex media library because I changed my login email address !
Anyway, now Plex app doesn’t work on my phone or tablet - keeps asking me to Activate it. I’ve already purchased it! WTF…

I’ve figured it out. It’s because I purchased the Plex app under my old email address. When I deleted that email address and signed up for a new one there was no link to the purchase anymore. Still it was only £3.30
