About remote access

I’ve enabled remote sharin of my library but after a few minutes, it turns red
" Not available outside your network"
I belive I configured it right and I don’t understand where or what I did wrong.

Any help would be really welcome

I have same issue.

This implies your remote access setup isn’t working to begin with. Sadly, Plex will display a green status indicator while it’s testing the remote access status. This test will usually take approximately 20 seconds… however it can also take up to 1-2 minutes under certain circumstances.

Have you checked to see if the server is remotely available ? Mine almost always shows the red X despite being available. This is likely due to other network settings that are breaking that feature.
