I am sorry but I am not at all a technical person but every time I want to activate server with access from a distance he is activating for 1sec (i.e. it becomes green) to turn red immediately (i.e. written in red not available from the outside. I have looked into all these forums (in my own language (i.e. Flemish), I have included manually my IP address from MyCloudPR4100 and no luck. Hence how can I solve this. Please keep in mind I am not a technical person at all so all those abbreviations I don’ understand them. Thanks
