Access on distance not available

I am sorry but I am not at all a technical person but every time I want to activate server with access from a distance he is activating for 1sec (i.e. it becomes green) to turn red immediately (i.e. written in red not available from the outside. I have looked into all these forums (in my own language (i.e. Flemish), I have included manually my IP address from MyCloudPR4100 and no luck. Hence how can I solve this. Please keep in mind I am not a technical person at all so all those abbreviations I don’ understand them. Thanks

Remote access issues

Hello I have a yearly Plex subscription to have access to all mu movies/films and music stored on a MyCloudPR4100. However I cannot turn on the remote access. I have followed each step as explained in the FAQ - I have tried manually both IP addresses i.e. the one of my NAS and also the one of my router/modem - every time the remote access becomes green for 2 sec to turn on red immediately again, how can I solve this because as long as I cannot put on the remote access my mobile apps on my iPho…
