Access to Plex settings

I changed my password and username in plex on another computer that didn’t have the PMS on it. Now on my PMS I don’t have access to all my settings. How can I get them back? Usings Windows 10.

Sounds like you signed into a browser using a different Plex account. While signed in with that account you don’t have access to a PMS signed into a different account.
