Accessing Plex Library not working

Greetings,

I paid the fee for Android Plex so I could access my NAS drive when I’m away from home. When I’m connected at home by Wifi, I can access everything from the NAS, but as a test I turned off Wifi to see if my mobile could still have access. Like being away from home basically.

This is strange, the ‘Recommended’ option at the bottom displays some items from the NAS and they play fine. But if I select the ‘Library’ option, it displays nothing. Like it can’t see anything.

Why is the ‘Recommended’ tab working, but not the ‘Library’. They share video from the same source. Is there a way to rectify this?

It shouldn’t matter if you are using the Recommended tab or the Library tab. They are both pulling the data from the same place. If one works but not the other, that is a bug. One that I can’t reproduce. Please provide the log from the Android app after recreating the issue, Android, Android TV, Fire TV Logs | Plex Support. Also provide the log from PMS at the same time. Thanks for your reply. Yes, you are indeed correct. I do think it’s a bug also. I checked again and now it’s working. So I’m gonna keep my eye on it and if it fails again, which I’m sure it will, I will send you the files you need.

I was also seeing this problem consistently for about a week when viewing the Library, Collections, or Playlist area of my Movies and TV shows libraries. Oddly enough, while I was writing this up, I went through every single library I have when the app crashed. After I opened the app again, I am no longer seeing the problem.
