Hi,
I am having a heck of a time trying to get all my movies, TV shows etc. to show up under the library tab only when connected to the internet on my phone. On plex it states that it’s fully accessible outside the network. I tried googling and looking everywhere to find my issue and can’t find what I’m looking for. Any clue on how to fix this issue? When I’m at home connected to the WIFI it works. When I connect to the internet and take it off WIFI it doesn’t. Everything else is there just the library on everything I have. Am I missing something? I’m so frustrated. I don’t know what else to do.
I can confirm that your server is up and running, so reproduce, and afterwards, upload server logs
And FYI I made this a public topic, since I don’t do support in a DM. (Only used for logs etc.)
How do i download the log from my phone to this topic. Its not allowing me to zip anything it just opens up a new topic. It doesnt allow me to zip anything. This is happening on my phone not on my computer where my server is. Do i just create another new topic for this issue.

Do you see “No Items to Display” when moving from WiFi to mobile?
After switching to mobile only, try force quitting & re-launching the Plex Android app.
You may be running into this problem: “No Items To Display” when moving between local and remote networks . The Plex app is apparently not picking up the network switch. It has been reported to the developers.
Yes thats what I see. Thanks for reporting the issue. Its glitchy. I hope they can fix this issue. I use the library all of the time and when i cant see it or users that are on it they dont know what I have in my library.
How long ago has it been reported to the developers if you don’t mind me asking.
Just a couple of weeks. See the thread I linked. The problem still exists in 9.2 beta.
I have a question should I take myself off of “Server update Channel
Beta” and put myself back on Public will that fix it? Until the beta is fixed?
This is a problem with the Plex Android mobile app. It won’t matter if you’re running beta or public release on your server.
Thanks for getting back with me. I hope they get this fixed. I use the library tab all the time as well as users connected to it on their android.
