I’m running Plex from a raspberry pi 3.
Remote access is enabled.
Port forwarding is setup on my router properly.
I am currently located at a friend’s house, not on the local network of my Plex server.
I am able to access my Plex content via my smartphone over AT&T.
I am NOT able to access my Plex content from any device on my friend’s home network.
Is there some router setting that I need to examine at my friend’s house?
My plex account is signed in at 5 residences, all friends or close family. 3 of those residences can receive content, 2 of those residences cannot.
Of the 2 that cannot get content, they are located in closest proximity to my home, and they are definitely on the same ISP as myself.
Is there some local network setting they can use at their residence that allows my content across their network?
They can get on from Sprint or AT&T with their mobile devices, but cannot get on with their ISP. I was hoping for some kind of help here. It’s definitely a networking problem, not a Plex server problem.
They can view shared libraries, and access the content from those shared libraries. They are only prevented from my library, and cannot access the content from my library.
