Hi,
I made a mistake while registering with Plex for a new account using my google account but I really wanted to do it using just my gmail email address.
So I deleted my google linked account thinking that i could register again with my gmail email address but it wouldn’t let me saying that account name is already taken. When I click on the forgotten password I do not get any emails.
Is there any chance of that account being properly deleted so that I can recreate it again as an email account? Or switching it to an email linked account?

hi, i have a similar issue. i forgot that i had an older plex account and created a second. both were sign in by email, and are gmail accounts. i wanted to cancel the login with email, and just use the gmail sign in. long story short, ive deleted both accounts. so now when i try sign in with gmail, it says both addresses are claimed and i cant log in using any method.

Without knowing that email address, we cannot help you
