Account Hacked This Morning - Can't Claim My Server Now

Some yoyo in Norway hacked my account this morning, I changed the password but for some reason I can’t log back into my server now, any idea on how to fix this?

Followed all the steps and it seems to be back and working. Guess time will tell, thanks. Your support have any interest in knowing the IP of the hacker? I have the screen shot of the plex notice I got about being hacked. Not sure it is useful information but is available. Thanks again for your help.

OK, so your saying the hassle of having to reclaim the server and do the regediting was because of the password change, not the hack?

Yes, very likely – if you ticked the checkbox “sign out all devices…” during the password change. But that is recommended in the case of an account breach.
