When searching for certain Actors - database answers are not correct Example : Doing a search for Tony Amendola shows Geppetto from Once Upon a Time, Dollhouse and a few others, but not one of his major roles - Master Bra’tac on Stargate SG1 (I have both on the server and his name does appear as a character in the Actors section, for given episodes. --But is omitted from the search. I have encountered this before. --Any help here?
Pretty sure this is caused by the 200 cast member limitation plex implemented. Once a show hits this limit then all other credits are omitted.
That limit seem small for long running TV shows that have 8+ seasons. But the answer now makes sense.
Don’t get me started as I’ll be ranting all night about it …
Needless to say I 100% agree! It’s a ridiculous limit.

Thanks for reporting @asaan0 . Tony Amendola should show your PMS availability in their Filmography section. It’s odd that it’s in the Filmography but not anywhere else. I’ll let the team know. Thanks again!
I’ve noticed the exact same issue with CCH Pounder. Movies & Shows in Media Libraries shows a few movies from my Movies library but not her role as Mrs. Frederic in Warehouse 13 which I have in my TV Shows library.
It’s shown under Filmography (with the orange text saying it’s on my server) but not in Movies & Shows in Media Libraries
