Add Smart Collections to cross library section

I am trying to create a cross library Smart Collection and unfortunately this isn’t possible, but I read I can create a collection with the same name in two libraries to have a collection section appear (see attached example). So I tried this but it doesn’t work with Smart Collections (my current smart collections are the titles of Shakespeare’s plays, the film adaptations of which might have different titles) and it would mean I’d have to create/maintain a smart collection and duplicate collection so they’d show up. Ugh.

If you’re never going to support cross-library collections, can you please as the ability to show Smart Collections here, not just regular collections? Thanks!
