"Add to Queue" does not work with playlists

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Select a playlist A and begin playing playlist A. The queue will populate with all tracks on playlist A as expected.
  2. Select either an album (B) or another playlist (C ), and with the … context menu, select “Add to Queue”
  3. Behaviour: the second selected playlist or album is added to the queue after the currently playing track.

Expected behaviour: the selected playlist or album would appear after the current queue, created when playlist A was selected:
(all tracks in playlist A), (all tracks in B or C)

Current behaviour: the second-selected album B or playlist C interrupts the playlist A queue, starting immediately after the currently playing song.

[This also happens if you instantiate the first queue by selecting a playlist and “Add to Queue” instead of hitting Play on the playlist]

Add to Queue does the same as Play Next in latest versions
